WHEN DOES OPTIMA REWARDS POINTS SYSTEM START?

The system starts now. Points will be added to your account with each order you place from March 1st onwards.

DO POINTS HAVE AN EXPIRE DATE?

No, points never expire. Redeem them anytime you want—your points will always be waiting for you.

HOW MUCH ARE POINTS WORTH?

Each point is equivalent to 1 dollar towards your purchase.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?

Log into the Dealer Portal. At the top, beside your name, you will see your total points. For further assistance, feel free to contact us.

WHEN DO MY POINTS GET UPDATED

Points are updated within 1-3 business days of your purchase date.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

To use your Optima Rewards Points, please specify the amount of points you would like to use towards your order by selecting Optima Rewards option check box on the updated Optima Purchase Order Form under “terms of payment” section (*See image below) .

Depending on how many points you have may need to select two payment options such as Use credit card on file as well as Optima Rewards. You can redeem as little or all your points towards your order.
