Some of the new features of this release include: 

Additions

  • New option 85 “Screen saver timer in seconds”

  • New option 86 “Clear customer display after transaction ends”

  • New hardware option “Enforce zero before reading” valid for scales only. 

Modifications

  • Scale get weight function will try multiple reading before giving up.

  • Price check function with direct product programed keys, Products list, or PLU key

  • Screen saver will use the text defined in the option 14 “Store Id.”

  • The clear function will also clear the customer display. 

Bug fixes

  • Delete function with option 83 and option 34, still prints the second info line.

  • Delete function with option 83 and department/product option “Print weight info line”, still prints the second info line

  • Error correction function with option 83 and option 34, still prints the second info line

  • Error correction function with option 83 and department/product option “Print weight info line”, still prints the second info line

  • Receipt consolidate products printing with optional 2nd and 3rd line

  • Improved Chinese support for printers.

  • Transaction Void/Cancel not reported properly when they have other corrections.

  • The system allowed to void the same transaction more than once.

  • The system allowed to void a cancelled transaction.

  • Error correction after delete function was bringing back the last deleted item.

  • App upgrade within the app in Android 8.1

  • After a price check with a Magellan scanner the unit will no longer refresh the operator screen
